Data Controller The company Cementum, s.r.o., located at Slunečná 1279/27, 664 91 Ivančice, ID 09916920, registered at the Regional Court in Brno, section C, insert 121620 (hereinafter referred to as “controller”), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”). The following personal data are processed:

   • Address/headquarters
2. Purposes of Data Processing The above personal data are necessary for the performance of the contract or on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller. The processing of personal data for these purposes is allowed under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the Regulation.
3. Retention Period of Personal Data Personal data are retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected or for the period specified by applicable legal regulations.
